Kedington Primary Academy’s Vision Statement

We aim to foster an environment in which we can grow as individuals and as a family.  We will strive to recognise each person’s talents, gifts and skills.

We want every child to:

Dream about the future

Learn skills for life

Care for themselves, for others and the world around them

Inspire others and be inspired

Celebrate their own and others’ achievements.

All children at Kedington will learn to appreciate what they have and aspire to greater things.

Aims of the Academy:

At home your child will already have begun to take his/her first steps towards independence.  It is our intention to build on these foundations.  Therefore at Kedington Primary Academy, we aim to:

  • Ensure each child feels safe in their environment;
  • Encourage creativity, responsibility, community spirit, lifelong learning and enthusiasm;
  • Develop healthy lifestyles, awareness of the wider world, confidence, self-esteem and independence;
  • Recognise everyone’s achievements, successes and the unique nature and potential of every child.

We aim to keep you up to date with all that happens at our Academy, as well as looking a little further into our wider community. The Academy continues to move forward rapidly in developing its resource for the children to use and in looking at more creative approaches to the curriculum taught, whilst maintaining excellent standards. We look forward to working with all of our stakeholders to develop and broaden the Academy's many strengths.
As a parent you can access your child's class page to see information about their learning.  If you do not have the password, please visit the office and they can advise you of the username and password you would need.

On behalf of all of the staff at Kedington Primary Academy,
